King Mohammed VI of Morocco arrives in Accra Wednesday to begin an official visit to Ghana.
A statement issued here Tuesday by the acting Communications Director at the Office of the President, Eugene Arhin, said the visit was aimed at deepening cordial relations between Ghana and Morocco.
The visit would also present an opportunity to define new areas of co-operation which would serve the mutual interests of the two countries.
The statement said President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo would hold talks with King Mohammed VI on Friday, before hosting an official lunch at the Presidency.
King Mohammed will thereafter depart for Morocco later Friday.
