Accra,- Mr Amar Hari, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IPMC, has urged Exclusive Events Ghana Limited, to use the Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant Brand and the Miss Ghana Foundation to mentor and groom of young ladies in Ghana
He also confirm his company’s willingness to be associated with Exclusive Events Ghana and the Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant.
Mr Hari made the remarks when Ms Inna Mariam Patty, CEO of Exclusive Events Ghana Limited paid a courtesy call on him.
The visit was to seek the support of IPMC in the 201 Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant Edition.
He expressed confidence in Ms Patty, adding that, her company was performing a responsibility for parents whose daughters are participants of the Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant.
Mr Hari said the management of IPMC would fully support Exclusive Events Ghana, Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant and Miss Ghana Foundation, to thrive successfully in their efforts to uplift Ghanaian young ladies.
The IPMC CEO recounted his interactions with a former beauty pageant, saying, I recently came across Josephine Aryitey who runs a Public Relations firm here in Accra and also manages and Idea Factory organisation, which encourages young people to think innovatory.
I saw that Josephine Aryitey was full of drive and passion to contribute her quota to the socioeconomic development of her Country Ghana. I asked Josephine, where she got that confidence from and she replied, Mr Amar have you forgotten that I was among the top ten finalists of Miss Ghana 2012 edition where you were a judge”
He said Miss Patty was not only giving the platform to the most beautiful women of Ghana, to shine to the world but creating an enabling environment for these young ladies to build self-confidence ahead of future corporate responsibilities.
Ms Patty thanked Mr Hari for the encouragement given her and expressed gratitude to him for declaring full support for the 2018 Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant Edition.
