Member of Parliament for Damongo constituency, Abu Jinapor has eulogized the demised governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) communicator Mr Saaka Karim alias Lotic who passed away yesterday, Sunday, October 31 after a short illness.
According to the MP, the deceased was a true blue party person who was affable, kind, principled and totally dedicated to the cause of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He said the demise of the late Saaka Karim fondly known as Lotic is a personal loss to him and he is absolutely poorer for the departure of the deceased.
He also paid special tribute to the demised communicator for his forceful and vigorous campaign in the lead up to the 2020 general elections which consequently led to his election as the Member of Parliament for the area.
“The late Lotic, my maternal uncle, took such an intense and special interest in my politics in Damongo, and campaigned so forcefully and vigorously for my election as a member of parliament, right to the very end of the grueling campaign. This is a personal loss for me, and I am absolutely poorer for his departure”, the MP said in a statement sighted on his Facebook page.
He also expressed his deepest condolences to his bereaved wife, Mrs. Lawratu Karim and their two children.
