K’dua United FC records second win in E/R middle league

Asiakwa (E/R) , Koforidua United FC defeated Adeiso United FC by a lone goal to record their second win in two games in the ongoing Eastern Regional Division Two Middle League at the Asiakwa S.O.S park.

The only goal of the match came in the 89th minute through midfielder, David Thierry, when he capitalized on a loose ball in the 18 yard box to score.

The tension packed match saw both teams creating very few chances in the first half. The second half continued with the same pattern until the deadlock was broken in the 89th minute.

The other zone 4 match between Trinity White Stars and Victory FC ended 1-1.

The win puts Koforidua United FC on top of the zone 4 league table with 6 points with Adeiso United FC second with 3 points. Victory FC and Trinity White Stars are third and fourth respectively with a point each.

B.S Pelicans FC also won by a lone goal against Krystal Palace Academy in their zone 3 encounter at the Old Tafo Rovers Park.
