Ghana international, Joseph Wollacott was in post for Swindon Town on Saturday afternoon and put up a stellar performance to inspire the team to hammer Carlisle United 3-0 in the English Football League Two.
The Black Stars goalkeeper since the start of the 2021/22 football season has excelled in goal although he has had his not-so-good moments.
In a matchday 31 encounter of the English Football League 2 campaign today, Joseph Wollacott was given the nod to man the post for Swindon Town when the team visited Brunton Park to take on Carlisle.
Throughout the 90 minutes he played, the goalkeeper displayed excellent reflexes and pulled off fantastic saves to ensure he kept a clean sheet at full time.
For his performance, Joseph Wollacott finished the match with an enviable rating of 8.1.
On the matchday, an equalizer from Harry McKirdy handed Swindon Town the lead at halftime before goals from Josh Davison and Louie Barry in the second half sealed the big win for the side against Carlisle.
This season, Joseph Wollacott has kept seven clean sheets after making 26 appearances in the English League Two.
