Former Asante Kotoko striker, Franck Etouga Mbella has presented a customized jersey to former coach, Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum in Egypt.
The 22-year-old made the presentation at the camp of the Black Galaxies who are in Egypt for pre-camping for the upcoming Championship of African Nations [CHAN] tournament in Algeria.
The Cameroonian forward played under Prosper Ogum, who is now the assistant coach of the Galaxies during the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season where he won the league in his debut season.
He went on to become a star for Asante Kotoko and one of the most prolific goal-scorers during the Ghanaian top-flight league campaign, scoring 21 goals.
Following his impressive season, Egyptian side, Al Masry signed Mbella on a two-year deal in a deal worth $400,000.
According to sources, Mbella takes $25,000 as a monthly salary.
Meanwhile, the Black Galaxies will play a friendly game against the national U20 team of Egypt, the Young Pharaohs at the Cairo International Stadium on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, as part of their preparation for the 2023 CHAN tournament.
