Nsoatreman FC will discover their preliminary opponent for the CAF Confederation Cup on Thursday. The Nsoatre-based side will represent the country in the CAF inter-club competition following their FA Cup triumph last month at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium. Nsoatreman FC stunned their regional rivals, Bofoakwa Tano 4-3 on penalty shootouts to win their maiden FA Cup trophy under Maxwell Konadu who has left the club to join South African lower-tier side, Black Leopards. The preliminary draw is expected to be held at the headquarters of CAF in Cairo at 14:00GMT. Meanwhile, Nsoatreman FC has unveiled Yaw Preko as the new head coach for the side ahead of the 2024/25 football season. The former Medeama SC gaffer has signed a two-year deal with the club.
