Popular radio evangelist Prince Adu Asare believes fast-rising rapper Black Sherif does better songs than most Ghanaian gospel musicians.
The host of ‘Adom Mmre’ on Class Media Group’s No.1FM expressed that most gospel musicians in the country have lost touch with their core mandate of churning out good songs.
He said most gospel musicians do music just for religion’s sake.
“Today, as an evangelist, I will choose one of Black Sherif’s sensible songs about life to some gospel songs produced by people who call themselves Christians,” he noted on Friday, May 6, 2022.
He added that there is nothing good for one to pick from gospel songs recently.
