Asaga, Agyeman joins Spanish Football Club

Accra� Fankobaa United Football Club, has reached an agreement with Spanish youth giants, Atletico Zabal FC, for the transfer of Moses Asaga Jnr and Malakai Agyeman.

Asaga, 17, a right footed striker, from the Upper East region of Ghana, has demonstrated great football skills and the ability to convert chances, at the slightest opportunity.

The son of the former Member of Parliament for Nabdam, Moses Asaga, has what it takes to be a top notch striker in future and the latest transfer would provide him the platform to develop his qualities.

Malakai, who is also 17, is a promising left footed midfielder, who played for the Under 16 and Under 18, side of his school in Britain, Dulwich Hamlets, before joining Faankoba takes inspirations from his father, who is a coach and also a sports analyst.

Mr Jamil Maraby, the President of Fankobaa United, said in interview that, he was impressed with the performance of the youngster and believes they have all the qualities of a good player, who was destined for greatness.

He was hopeful the two players would play for Ghana in the future.

Moses has all the qualities of a player destined for greatness and if he continues in the same vein, he would certainly represent Ghana in the future he said.

He added that, “I hope Malakai would set higher standards, as he has always been and is delighted for the young talent for scoring in his first match for his new team.

I have great expectations for Malakai, he scored in his first match for Atletico Zabal and has set the standard for a blistering season to come, he said.

Fankobaa United is represented by the people of Agona Swedru in the Central region of Ghana with large supporters and aims at unearthing talent, developing youth and achieving success.
