Nhyiraba Kojo explains why people tag him as a ‘fraudster’

Ghanaian musician, Nhyiraba Kojo, has explained why some members of the public have tagged him as a fraudster.

In his explanation, he noted that when he began performing at various events, he adopted a strategy to share money with the fans who would be present to cheer him up.

Narrating further, he stated that he divided the money he would earn from the event into two and shared one portion of it with the fans in order to win their hearts and support.

Speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz which was monitored by GhanaWeb, Nhyiraba disclosed that some individuals began tagging him a ‘fraudster’ when they became suspicious of his source of income.

‘It all started during the turnaround. I decided to split my performance fee into two and share one with the fans so that they would show up for my events. Every show that I perform, the crowd will be massive because they know I will throw money at them, which happens.

“In the course of doing that, people began to question my source of income and ended up with the tag
[fraudster]. It appears bad news gains more popularity, so the bloggers also work on it a lot,” he told the host, MzGee.

The musician further indicated that he is not perturbed by the fraud allegations because he knows there is no iota of truth in it, attributing his wealth to Godly blessings.

‘God knows the truth and he blesses one to be rich. Once the allegations are not true, it does not bother me at all,’ he added.

‘All Bobrisky’s male biological parts intact after inspection’ – NCoS

A non-commissioned officer of Nigerian Correctional Services (NCoS), has made public the findings of their investigation following the admission of crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, to the prison.

In a private interview with PUNCH journalists, a senior official at the Ikoyi Custodial Center said that the transvestite, after receiving a six months prison sentence, was searched upon arrival.

Their investigation revealed that contrary to what he said, Bobrisky had not had his gender altered or his male parts surgically or otherwise altered.

The official said: “Bobrisky made a public declaration that he was a male, and court proceedings are public records. Every inmate brought into a facility during admission is examined. He was equally examined, and no realignment of gender or genital organ was discovered. The male biological features were the same.

“After that, a cell was allocated to him, and he had a certain number of inmates with him. A bed space was also allotted to him. It is jus
t like a boarding house where your housemaster will issue you your personal belongings.”

It was further stated that Bobrisky was not given special treatment and that he followed the regulations like everyone else.

The official said: “When it is time for class, he attends. When it is time for food, he will go and get his portion. The same goes with prep and light out. He observes all these without preference. He has been going about his business just like other inmates since he was brought in here.”

He also addressed the widely circulated rumours that Bobrisky was receiving protection from other male prisoners against possible mistreatment.

He said: “He is not getting any five-star treatment and is not being protected from anybody. He follows the same rules and regulations, just like every other inmate. Single cells of isolation cells are to prevent outbreaks of communicable diseases.

“In a male prison, homosexuality is outlawed, and it is a grievous offence. Sodomy, or homosexuality, is frowned upon here
in the custodial centre. So any inmate that tries to violate him will face the law.”

Bobrisky, for years, has had many people believe that he no longer has his male organs as he conducted surgery to have them removed.

He even went to the extent of saying that he now menstruates, which many people found absurd.

Why should I cheat on my wife? – Bisa Kdei

Ghanaian musician, Bisa Kdei has said that he does not see the need for men to engage in extramarital affairs, especially when they have committed themselves to a particular woman through marriage.

The musician noted that he is willing to stick to his wife till death do them part, and does not have any intention of cheating on her. He said that his wife is available to satisfy his sexual desires.

He emphasized that it is incumbent on married women to dress in a way that will be appealing to their husbands and also satisfy them sexually to avoid exposing them to cheating.

Speaking in an interview with Accra FM, monitored by GhanaWeb, the musician was asked by the host of the show, Nana Romeo, ‘Can you stay faithful to your wife for the rest of your life?’

Bisa then responded, ‘Why not? I can do that [not cheating on his wife] and I will. In the olden days, polygamy was very common, but due to civilization, things changed. One person is supposed to get married to another. With this principle, it means that
a woman should always dress well and be appealing to her husband.

‘The woman is supposed to do everything possible in the bedroom to satisfy the man, there is no need to feel shy after marriage.’

Bisa Kdei further asserted that sometimes the attitude of women contributes to the reason their partners end up engaging in extramarital affairs.

‘Sometimes the women contribute to the cheating because of how they handle problems when they arise. When you step on your man’s ego and he goes out to have an affair, you are to blame.’

It is worth noting that Bisa recently tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony.
