The head coach for the South Africa national team, Molefi Ntseki has indicated that his team will defeat Ghana in the upcoming clash to have the advantage to qualify for next year’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
Nicknamed the Bafana Bafana, the team will later this month host the Black Stars in a big clash that will potentially decide which team will play at the 2021 AFCON tournament.
Speaking to Ashh FM in an interview on Tuesday afternoon, Molefi Ntseki has backed his South African outfit to brush aside Ghana in the reverse fixture of the encounter in the group stage of the qualifiers.
“We are confident of beating Ghana and I believe my boys will deliver to give South Africa the advantage to qualify for AFCON,” the gaffer stressed.
Pitted in Group C, both South Africa and Ghana are on nine points from the first four matches.
A win in the clash scheduled to be played on Thursday, March 25, 2021, has been tipped to decide who gets the advantage.
