We are well-prepared for the Kotoko match, says Legon Cities forward Jonah Attuquaye

Legon Cities FC poster boy, Jonah Attuquaye is confident the team will defeat Asante Kotoko this weekend after insisting that they have prepared very well for the tough meeting.

Currently just one place away from the relegation zone, the Royals know the importance of the upcoming game in the Ghana Premier League and will have to give their all to earn a positive result.

Ahead of what will be a difficult game against Asante Kotoko, Jonah Attuquaye who has been the main man for Legon Cities FC is booming with confidence.

According to him, his team has prepared well and will be chasing a win when they take on the Porcupine Warriors.

“We are well prepared because if you look at our last game against Dreams FC we had a good game but we were not able to get the maximum three points. But I think playing against Kotoko, where we are too on the league log is very bad of which everybody knows,” Jonah Attuquaye told Legon Cities FC media in a pre-match interview.

The winger continued, “For them too they lost their game against Medeama SC so I think it’s going to be a very crucial game. I think from what we are doing here [at training] we are going to win the match.”

The tough match between Legon Cities FC and Asante Kotoko will be played on Saturday, May 1, 2021.

It has been scheduled to kick-off at 18:00GMT at the Accra Sports Stadium.
