“It came to our realization that some of the clients we pick up from the airport were in search of standard accommodations, like Airbnb, and the quest to provide a seamless rental service made me want to solve this problem for my clients”, he said.

Customer satisfaction, he said, would lead to repeat business in terms of recommendations and referrals which would ensure the continuous growth of the company.

“In our company, we recognize that our salaries are paid by our customers and not our profits. We recognize that we only survive and thrive because a majority of our customers are happy with our products and service and encourage others to us. We will thrive to make our customer care experience a top-notch one that will keep our customers loyal to us”, he added.

Mr. Ayitey-Adjin noted that the greatest assets aside from the management staff in the transportation sector were drivers because, without them, people and goods could not be transported.

“Our drivers are the lifeline upon which we have seen success and they must therefore be treated with love and respect”, he said.
