Hearts of Oak assistant coach, Joseph Asare Bediako has left his post after tendering in his resignation letter on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.
The experienced coach was appointed by the capital-based club last year to deputize coach Edward Nii Odoom
Following the demotion of Coach Odoom, Coach Asare Bediako has in the past two months worked with Serbian tactical Kosta Papic.
On grounds of personal reasons, Coach Asare Bediako has now decided to leave his role and has handed over his resignation letter to Hearts of Oak officials.
“I write to make official my decision to resign as the Assistant Coach (1st Team) of Accra Hearts of Oak S.C effective 10th February 2021. I have reached this decision due to perineal reasons and circumstances beyond my control,” part of the resignation letter reads.
Hearts of Oak according to sources will in the coming days appoint a new assistant coach to help head coach Kosta Papic.
