NPP Organiser suspended for plotting against President’s nominee in Jaman South

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Organiser for the Jaman South Constituency in the Bono Region, Adinkra Dominic, has been suspended indefinitely.

His suspension follows an audio recording where the organiser was heard allegedly plotting against the approval of the President’s nominee in the exercise to confirm the Jaman South Municipal Chief Executive.

In a statement signed by the Regional Secretary, Kofi Ofosu Boateng, the suspended constituency executive admitted fully with no variation in the content and substance of the tape.

The statement added that he (Adinkra Dominic) was the one whose voice was on the tape and that he’s not ready to apologise.

However, the Regional Secretariat has referred the matter to the Regional Disciplinary Committee of the party for further necessary action to be taken.
