Former Asante Kotoko coach, Abdul Razak, affectionately called Golden Boy has indicated that he is open to taking the role of an assistant coach at Hearts of Oak.
In the last 24-hours, several reports have revealed that Coach Asare Bediako has left his post as the assistant to Serbian coach Kosta Papic at Hearts of Oak.
With the capital-based club expected to appoint a new assistant coach, a few names have been thrown out there as potential candidates.
Speaking to Ashh FM in an interview on Wednesday, former Ghana international Abdul Razak has disclosed his interest to work with the technical team of Hearts of Oak.
According to the ex-Kotoko coach, he is ready to work as a deputy to Kosta Papic if only the Phobians require his services.
“I’m ever ready for Hearts of Oak assistant manager role,” the African great shared.
In the past, Abdul Razak has worked as a coach for clubs including Dragons de l’Ouémé and Stade Malien.
