Imaby Homes, a Real Estate division of Abuya groups and a fast-growing real estate developer in Ghana, has launched its new model house known as “The Ace” in Accra, a one storey luxury home, designed with and executed with precision.
The Ace is located at Tse-Addo in the La Dadekotopon Municipality of the Greater Accra region, about 10 minutes drive from the Kotoka International Airport dedicated to partnering with people to build their dream homes, which are moderately priced and offer the luxury and comfort they desire.
The launch, held on November 14, 2021, took some selected members of the public through Imaby Homes facility which comprises the water treatment plant, swimming pool, 24-hour security, garage as well as 24-hour electricity and solar plant.
The one-storey luxury home, designed with and executed with precision boasts of five bedrooms, all en suite, a modern ergonomic kitchen, a gym, an office, and a bar.
The rest are, a uniquely glassed out dining area, two spacious living areas on both floors, a six fit swimming pool with a grey stone fountain as a backdrop, a garage big enough for two cars, a balcony overlooking the coffee streets of Tse-Addo, and a big tiled compound, a security post, and an automated gate.
Speaking to the media, the Chief Executive Officer of Imaby Homes, Abuya Ameen Iddrisu, expressed the company’s excitement for the launch and to showcase the model house, the Ace.
He stated that the company is aiming at enabling customers to transform their lifestyle from a rent-driven model to their dream of homeownership with flexible payment plans.
This he explained renting to ownership which is the flexible system the company has introduced will make the clients own their house instead of renting, creating an enabling space for flexible payment.
Mr. Iddrisu said the company has designed their buildings a smart house moving from a manual designed house to a digital designed house by giving the clients quality and comfort at an affordable price.
He mentioned that two-unit mini-estate townhouses at Tantra Hills and nine gated community one-story buildings with four-bedroom en suite luxury houses at Tse-Addo are the company’s upcoming new projects.
