I want to drive NPP forward, strengthen the party’s grassroot — Paul Amaning

Paul Amaning, Eastern Regional New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman hopeful has outlined his vision for the Regional Chairmanship position.

He disclosed that he wants to drive the ruling party forward in making sure that the party wins the heart of the grassroots.

In an interview with Kwaku Dawuro on Anopa Nkomo on Accra-based Kingdom FM 107.7, he explained that if he is elected as a Regional Chairman, he will have a big influence on the decision making of the party and ensure the NPP gets more votes in the Eastern Region.’’

The Regional Chairman hopeful indicated that his core vision is to aid the grassroots members get more involved in the party.

He added that he wants the governing party to go ‘one member one vote.’

The Regional Chairman hopeful indicated his desire to ensure every regional, constituency and polling station executive of the party is provided adequate opportunity to serve and function in the offices they occupy.

This, he intimated, will ensure the NPP properly consolidate and safeguard the political power of its members and sympathizers.
