Hearts of Oak NCC leadership is weak – Aziz Haruna Futah

Former National Chapters Committee [NCC] Chairman of Hearts of Oak, Aziz Haruna Futah beleives the current leadership of the NCC must be up and doing in the interest of the club.

The NCC leadership led by Elvis Herman Hesse seemed to have been sidelined by the board of directors.

But according to Futah who lead the supporters front to win over six trophies for the club beleives its about time the NCC wake up from their slumber and help to drive the club to the right direction.

“The National Chapters Committee should not allow any activity to be done at the office. Uproot the tree so all the leaves and branches can die.

“During my tenure are the NCC chairman, we did worse things and I don’t see that in this NCC leadership. They are weak and must wake to revive the club.

“We were locking offices during Board Meetings and I did not care we were winning trophies because we had the club at our heart.

“This is Hearts of Oak and not any other club. Get strong affiliate offices around the regions and take proper decisions that will help the club,” he added.

Hearts of Oak have dominated the local media for the wrong reasons following the mass resignation that has hit the club.

The entire technical team have left the club with U-15 coach, Samuel Nii Noi now in charge as the interim coach.
