Gladson Awako has four to five years to retire —Totti Laryea

Popular Ghanaian physical trainer, Totti Laryea has revealed that Hearts of Oak’s Midfielder Gladson Awako has four to five years to retire from football.

Gladson Awako has been labelled by a section of the Ghanaian media and some connoisseurs of the game with the ‘old’ tag.

According to them, the 30-year-old who is close to retiring from football doesn’t have the requisite fitness to play for a team like Hearts Of Oak.

But speaking in an exclusive interview with ‘CTV, Totti Laryea who is Gladson Awako’s personal physical trainer has quashed that perception.

According to the CEO of Train Like A Pro GH , Gladson Awako can play active football for the next four to five years.

He explained that, ”Gladson Awako has about four to five years left to actively play football… He is very fit…I have trained him so well ..the energy I have helped him gain isn’t a fluke…That is what Train Like A Pro stands for”.

He added, “Awako has really psyched himself… fans should expect him to carry this year’s league on his shoulders like he did while playing for Great Olympics.”
