The head coach for Medeama SC, Yaw Preko has named a 20-man squad for the clash against Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League this weekend.
The Tarkwa-based club drew 1-1 against the side from Accra on the opening weekend of the 2020/2021 league season but now travels for the reverse fixture hoping to taste victory.
Billed to be a tough fixture, Great Olympics is expected to give the visiting team a tough opposition.
Prepared for the challenge that lies ahead, Medeama SC head coach Yaw Preko has decided to travel with a strong 20-man squad that includes three new signings.
Stalwart defender and ex-Hearts of Oak captain Vincent Atinga has been included in the squad and could mark his debut for the Yellow and Mauve on the matchday scheduled for Friday, April 2, 2021, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Meanwhile, Alhassan Rashid, Benjamin Arthur as well as defender Samuel Appiah have been left out of the 20-man squad.
