GHPL: Great Olympics v Asante Kotoko confirmed starting lineups

All is set for Great Olympics to lock horns with Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League this afternoon with coaches of both teams naming their respective starting lineups.

In the first round of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season, the capital-based club triumphed over the Porcupine Warriors with a narrow 1-0 win at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Today, Great Olympic coach Annor Walker and his charges will hope to record another win to complete what will be a delightful double over the record league champions.

Ahead of kick-off at 15:00GMT, the experienced coach has named a trusted first eleven that has versatile talented attacker Samuel Ashie Quaye as well as captain and poster by Gladson Awako.

For Asante Kotoko, head coach Mariano Barreto is poised to continue his unbeaten run this afternoon.

In line with that, he has stuck with top goalkeepers Razak Abalora and the back four that has in-form Abdul Ganiu as the commander.

Fabio Gama misses the game through suspension and hence Emmanuel Sarkodie is paired with Mudasiru Salifu in midfield while young striker Francis Andy Kumi leads the lines for the Reds.
