Ghanaian match official, Kwasi Brobbey has been named amongst selected assistant referees to officiate during the 2020 CAF U-20 Total Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
The tournament which has been scheduled to be staged in Mauritania will commence on Sunday, February 14, and will end on Thursday, March 4, 2021.
Ahead of the tourney, CAF has released the list of match officials given the green light to work.
Among the list of assistant referees is Ghana’s Kwasi Brobbey. The 37-year-old has a FIFA badge and will be keen on making a mark to merit selection for other international tournaments in the future.
He is the son of late Ghana referee Francis Brobbey and has in the past officiated at the 2019 African Games in Morocco.
