Ghanaian attacker, Isaac Atanga scored for his FC Nordsjaelland outfit on Thursday afternoon when the team defeated Naestved BK 4-1 in a friendly meeting.
Ahead of the resumption of the 2020/2021 Danish football season, clubs in the past few weeks have been playing friendly matches to get players into shape.
Today, Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland engaged lower-tier outfit Naestved BK in a similar exercise where managers had the chance to try out varying tactics and formations.
Following a bright start to the match, Oliver Antman scored in the first minute to shoot FC Nordsjaelland into the lead.
With the away team unable to match the quality of the opponent, Ghanaian youngster Ibrahim Sadiq registered his name on the scoresheet in the 24th minute to double the lead for his team.
Ten minutes later, a good sequence of play from Naestved BK saw Abdoulie Njai score to pull one back for the side.
Hoping to carry on with the momentum in the second half, the lower-tier side put up a good fight but could not get the better of FC Nordsjaelland.
Goals from Oliver Marc Rose-Villadsen and exciting Ghanaian winger Isaac Atanga eventually sealed a 4-1 win for the Superliga outfit at the end of the game.
