Egyptian Premier League side, Ceramica Cleopatra FC have handed a 1-year contract extension deal to Ghanaian attacker Maxwell Baakoh.
The skilled midfielder in December 2020 sealed a move to the club alongside compatriots Kwame Bonsu and Winful Cobbinah.
Although Maxwell Baakoh is not halfway through his one-year contract at Ceramica Cleopatra FC, they have decided to tie him down to an additional year.
“Baakoh had a one-year existing contract but based on the current performance he has been exhibiting, the management of FC Cleopatra has decided to extend his contract by another year. Currently, they have given us a proposal and we are still studying it,” agent of the player Yussif Chibsah has revealed to Fox FM in an interview.
Maxwell Baakoh, 25, has so far displayed impressed form at Ceramica Cleopatra FC in the ongoing 2020/2021 Egyptian Premier League.
He formerly played for Karela United and Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League before moving to Egypt.
