The home-based players invited to the camp of the Black Stars have been allowed to return to their respective clubs ahead of matchday 15 games in the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League this weekend.
In all, 26 out of the 32 players invited by Ghana head coach CK Akonnor engaged in the 4-day training camp.
The other six players [all from Asante Kotoko] were recused to allow them to prepare with the team ahead of their trip to Algeria this weekend to take on ES Setif in the CAF Confederations Cup.
With players training intensively in the last four days, there has been a break in camp today with players returning to their parent clubs.
At the end of matchday 15 of the Ghana Premier League, the invited players will return to camp next week Thursday to continue their preparation for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe
