Tema,– The Assemblyman for Mataheko–Afienya Electoral Area in the Ningo-Prampram District, Mr Peter Akplehe Agyemang, has called on the government to fix the deplorable roads and drainage systems in the area.
He said all the inner roads within the Mataheko electoral area were bad, making it difficult for the members of the community to get home any time it rained.
Mr Agyemang told the Ghana News Agency a documentary on the bad nature of the road had been submitted to the Ningo-Pramparm District Assembly, the Urban Roads, Feeder Roads and the Highway Authority and consistent follow-ups had yielded no results.
Mr Agyemang, therefore, appealed to the Government to immediately intervene in the construction of the roads, which serve as a major link to other communities.
