Ghana Premier League side, AshantiGold SC have started talks with former Hearts of Oak coach, Frank Nuttall.
The Miners are without a substantive head coach after Romain Folz absconded after just one month in charge.
Assistant coach Thomas Duah has been handed the mantle on an interim basis until the end of the ongoing league season.
However, a report by Kumasi based FOX FM claim President of the club, Dr Kwaku Frimpong who is known for his love for foreign coaches, has started talking to Frank Nuttall for a possible return to Ghana.
Frank Nuttall was the head coach for Ghana Premier League heavyweight Hearts of Oak before leaving for Ethiopia.
He is currently tied with St. Georges FC in Ethiopia and only time will tell whether he will make a return to Ghana to handle AshantiGold SC.
Ashgold currently sit on the 9th position with 13 points and will play Eleven Wonders in the matchday 23 games at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium this weekend.
