The bankroller of Kumasi King Faisal, Alhaji Karim Grusah has reiterated that his team will not sanction the sale of striker Kwame Peprah midway through the 2020/2021 football season.
Since the start of the Ghana Premier League season, the striker has displayed outstanding form and is currently regarded as one of the best finishers in the division.
Midway through the ongoing season, a number of clubs in the Ghanaian top-flight league have officially written to King Faisal expressing interest in his signing.
While a move has looked possible in the last few days, King Faisal owner Alhaji Grusah has indicated that he will not sell his team’s best player in the middle of the season.
“Kwame Peprah is not for sale. He is our talisman now and King Faisal is fighting relegation and so we not going to sell him now. If we are able to get out of relegation after the season then whether Local or foreign, he can move,” the veteran football administrator has told Ashh FM in an interview.
As reported earlier, the likes of Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, and Dreams FC have all written to King Faisal to express interest in striker Kwame Peprah.
