Young Lawyer Adwoa Amoako Adjei Khairallah who launched her book in September 2020 has been named as part of the Top 100 revolutionary Ghanaian Writers just over a year after publishing her first novel, a mystery thriller titled Mixed Up.
Ms Adjei placed at number 55 on the list was among some of the more known Ghanaian writers who have been in the industry for years such as Yaa Gyasi, Amma Darko and others. The young author’s book, Mixed-Up caught the attention of a lot of readers due to its unique style of writing and genre.
The book, starting with a short take-off from childhood to a life of adulthood, is believed to depict a modern-day Ghana with embellishments of fictional experiences, thrill, suspense murders, romance and many more. “Mixed Up” is bound to keep its readers glued to the book and second guess every character in it.
Readers of this novel have requested a new novel and Ms Adjei has indeed promised the release of another novel soon.
