Ghanaian giants, Aduana Stars have opened talks with attacker Benjamin Tweneboah as they bid to strengthen their squad for the remainder of the 2020/2021 football season.
The Dormaa-based club endured a slow start to the ongoing Ghana Premier League season but have in recent weeks picked up and back in the race to challenge for the title.
With the second window of the football season set to open next week, Aduana Stars have decided to bring in reinforcement to have a better chance of defending the Premier League title.
The club has hence opened talks with Elmina Sharks talisman Benjamin Tweneboah and keen on reaching a deal with the attacker.
“It’s true many clubs have expressed interest in my services. I am currently in talks with Aduana Stars and not only them as there are other clubs who are also vying for my services,” Tweneboah told Angel FM in an interview to confirm the interest from Aduana Stars.”
The Elmina Sharks attacker added, “Football is my trade and I am ready to play anywhere that can meet my terms and conditions with regards to my profession.”
According to sources, the skillful attacker despite spending the last six seasons at Elmina Sharks will leave the club this month.
